The location is great, just a short walk from Monasterio de las Huelgas. It's convenient to walk to several places in the city center from the hotel.

Located fifteen minutes walk from the historic center and five minutes from the Plantation. We found it very comfortable because we were going to see a basketball game and walk to the center is pleasant on a large avenue. room was well sized, bathroom is quite complete (with bathtub) and bed was very comfortable. We paid about 45 euros for a double room without breakfast. We found the quality/price ratio exceptional. You can park without too many problems in the street near the hotel.
room looked clean, especially the bathroom, curtains on the room window were dirty and hotel looks old, lacking in renovation. Even being on a sixth floor you can hear the traffic on the street, it wasn't annoying for us but for those who need absolute silence it can be an inconvenience.

Good location. 20 minutes walk from downtown. Modern facilities.
From the 8th floor onwards all the walls are made of glass, and when the sun hits, even if there is foscurit (the plastic used to cover the windows), the room is transformed into a crematory oven and there is no one there in the afternoon. Then the walls are made of paper and there are very rude people. Despite the fact that we communicated in the reservation comments that we wanted a quiet room, we were put in the front door by a father with his 10-12 year old son who, if he felt like opening the door at 7 in the morning and start yelling in the corridor, his father did nothing to prevent it in the three times we told him. You could also hear your next-door neighbor talking on the phone even if his door was closed. And what about the foscurit instead of the blinds. That even if you wear a mask, you're going to wake up at 7-8 in the morning even if you don't want to, because the sun that hits enters everywhere. Otherwise fine.

It's breakfast, buffet style, unbeatable, there was everything and quality was good. staff too.
room had a window that occupied the entire west facing wall and received the sun for hours so the temperature would be close to 40 degrees on entering. air conditioning was not working because, as we were told, it was winter and it was not possible to turn it on and window, could be opened by tilting a leaf, was not kept open because one damper was literally broken and other could not keep all the weight of the glass. As a result, night was Toledan: more and more tossing and turning in the bed, which, by the way, you could only cover with a duvet... real sauna. will hoteliers learn that the duvet is not a universal solution and that in summer it's awful if you want to sleep?

It is reasonably priced. Everything is nice, loved my time here.- The breakfast is wonderful and satisfactory.- The staff is kind.- The setting is great and lovely, really close to Spain and all the other hotels.- The hotel is in the centre of Burgos and Puerta de Burgos, a good area.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. Secure parking, easy to find.
The number of mirrors in the bathroom, wonderful but the water from the shower went everywhere. We felt that the restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food we received. Frozen monk fish in a restaurant of that standard we felt was not acceptable.

Location, cleaning and staff (reception and cleaning)
First of all there is no place to park, so you are forced to pay for parking. The parking lot is one of the worst I've ever seen. We paid for a room that cost 120 euros (Executive superior) (two nights). In the photos the room looks 50 times bigger than it really is. It turns out that from that type of room they only have 1 in the whole hotel that has a double bed (our beds were two 90's, they were separated all the time because they had wheels) total, that in the end you are forced to sleep 2 people in a 90's bed, or to sleep separately.. The mattresses were not at all comfortable (too soft).. The pipes in the bathroom smelled terrible, and a rather unpleasant smell was transferred to the room . Our room was on the 10th floor. The elevators broke down one afternoon, and we had to walk up all 10 floors on the stairs.

Spacious, nicely renovated rooms, and a convenient location, within walking distance to Plaza de Espana, along with a good restaurant.

The hotel is a very good one. The rooms were excellent with everything that a business traveller wants - good showers, comfy bed, aircon rooms. It was a little light of workspace. I ate in the restaurant and had an excellent meal. Breakfast was first rate also. In terms of location, there did not appear to be much in the way of restaurants around, but it was close to the centre and there is a nice park opposite. Easy to park outside, although they do have their own parking area
Apart from the small desk, nothing. Good place - give it a go!

we liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room also complementary drinks during the day.
there was no english translations on the menu. the waitress was unhelpful.we were dissapointed with the food for the cost.perhaps we are more to blame for not speaking spanish.

Fancy hotel, brand-new rooms, local area. What a superfriendly and pleasant staff. Nice building and rooms with a great view. Particularly GOOD location for visiting cafés and bars. Again, walking distance to Monasterio de las Huelgas.
